Selection Criteria:
- Meets relevant tertiary qualifications standard i.e. Current registration within AHPRA : For Physiotherapists: current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia For Occupational Therapists: current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Demonstrated strong interest in treating hand injuries, including post-graduate experience in casting or splintage
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilise a range of written and verbal communication skills and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
- Demonstrated experience in clinical improvement activities with a willingness and commitment to complete a small clinical improvement project during the term of the Clinical Fellowship
