Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in mechanical (fitting & machining) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and successfully undertake work in a busy, dynamic role with a minimum supervision.
- Proven fitting, machining and welding experience with superior fault finding abilities in maintenance environment.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of industrial systems, processes and automated equipment (i.e.: steam plant, reticulated fluids & gases, washing & sterilising equipment, food production equipment, heat exchangers, pumps and valves).
- Demonstrated knowledge of software programs (i.e.: Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Current unrestricted driver’s license (or willingness to obtain).
