How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

1. Demonstrated ability to plan, undertake and supervise appropriate exercise programs for consumers of the service.
2. Broad range of relevant exercise prescription skills and experience.
3. Demonstrated experience in the prescription and delivery of chronic care exercise programs to consumers with varying health conditions and co-morbidities.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated high level communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills.
6. Evidence of commitment to Clinical Supervision and Professional Learning.
7. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to quality processes and the application of evidence based practice within the field of exercise physiology.
8. Demonstrated clinical experience in the implementation and facilitation of Cardiac Rehabilitation specific exercise programs and in the administration of ECG’s.
