Enterprise Architect

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience and demonstrated experience developing Health system enterprise architecture artefacts and models using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Content Framework, Architecture Development Method, and Content Metamodel, and Archimate 3.0 Content Metamodel.

Proven achievement in the development and governance of a mature enterprise architecture repository, including development of non-standard viewpoints for specific stakeholder needs.

Extensive experience and an outstanding record of achievement in enterprise architecture change and configuration management in a large and complex service environment. This includes expert knowledge around application of broader industry frameworks in concert with architecture frameworks including but not limited to DSDM Agile, PRINCE2, and ITIL.

Superior analytical and modelling skills including demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex architectural models from numerous sources, synthesising reports and viewpoints, and dealing with challenges creatively.

Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.

Superior interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and customers to negotiate and achieve optimal business outcomes.

Ability to lead, direct and matrix-manage teams to deliver on the enterprise goals and objectives.
