  2. A graduate or higher degree qualification with a background in research methodology, governance and/or considerable equivalent experience in a relevant field or combination.
  3. Experience and demonstrated understanding of risk management and the health and medical research environment in NSW and Australia.
  4. Broad understanding of translational research methodology used for the project (Sax Institute: https://www.saxinstitute.org.au/our-work/evaluate/) in order to facilitate implementation and post-implementation replication, adaptation and upscaling.
  5. Experience and demonstrated understanding of health economics analysis.
  6. Demonstrated highly effective communication, interpersonal, team development, conflict resolution and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience in using office computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Experience with Data Management activities or relevant experience.
  7. Sound organisational skills, and the ability to independently and successfully prioritise and manage a diverse team and a very high volume of workload with competing issues and meet strict deadlines.
