Electrician

- Current NSW Electrical Trade Licence.
- Demonstrated high level of skill and experience with fault diagnosis, repair and modification of electronic fire alarm, security, nurse call, messaging and data acquisition and handling systems of a highly technical nature.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the statutory, preventative and breakdown maintenance requirements for infrastructure, plant and equipment within a health care environment.
- Demonstrated proficient experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, web based programs and computer maintenance management software including digital Building Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to be able to provide technical advice in relation to the purchasing and repair of all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, building fabric, plant and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor all work to comply with Australian Standards, legislative requirements and manufactures guidelines.
- Demonstrated capacity to work unsupervised and as a member of a team including the ability to manage, design and purchase equipment required to ensure the completion of tasks or projects that are undertaken.
- Ability to adapt to changing work practices and a willingness to undertake training to develop and maintain expertise in all work pertaining to health care facilities, plant and equipment.
