  1. Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or equivalent Masters in Education Early Childhood
  2. Current First Aid Certificate
  3. Managing Asthma in Early Childhood Certificate & managing Anaphylaxis in Early Childhood Certificate
  4. Ability to plan and implement a program in relation to the Early Years Learning Framework outcomes and indicators
  5. Sound Knowledge of child development and learning and commitment to providing high quality care for children
  6. Knowledge and thorough understanding of the Education and Care National Regulations and National Quality Standards
  7. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  8. Ability to liaise closely with key stakeholders and promote a high quality service
