Director Supply Chain

1. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate, influence and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
2. Ability to analyse and solve complex challenges / problems, including option appraisals
3. Experience in critical literature evaluation, change management, research and quality assurance activities
4. Strong understanding of financial management, contract management and probity processes
5. Relevant post-graduate qualifications or professional experience in management, business, commerce, accounting; or evidence of significant professional experience in a similar role
6. Strong understanding of supply chain activities and how systems should support them, so as to be able to act as business owner of processes related to clinical product, and corporate procurement
7. Detailed understanding of digital stock management system from a user point of view and data analysis to improve procurement outcomes
8. System implementation experience
