Coordinator Medical Workforce

1. Relevant experience and expertise working with in a medical administration setting or equivalent human resources environment and capacity to support the professional, wellbeing, service, and educational needs and expectations of the senior and junior medical workforce.
2. Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience in negotiation, liaison and conflict resolution including success at building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
3. Commitment to and capacity for the provision of high level customer service; demonstrated ability to work professionally and helpfully with people at all levels of service and from different disciplines or professional backgrounds within the organisation; inclusiveness and respect for diversity within the workplace.
4. Knowledge, experience and understanding of allocations, rostering and leave planning relevant to the medical workforce.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to work independently without supervision and to seek advice when appropriate.
6. Demonstrated experience in the use of Human Resource Information System packages that support the smooth operation of payroll, human resources, management and accounting functions within the medical workforce. Demonstrated experience with and ability using Microsoft Office programs and HPRM.
7. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the various medical officer awards and conditions; and ability to use this information to develop initiatives and maintain systems that support the medical workforce
8. Demonstrated ability to assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and practices.
