Clinical Pharmacist Grade 1 or 2- Paediatrics. Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick

Full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice.

Demonstrated relevant Clinical Pharmacy experience ( including paediatrics) in a busy hospital environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary teams
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks
-
Good interpersonal skills
-
Effective problem solving skills
-
Self-motivation to improve/develop skills relevant to current practice
