- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post -registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development
- Demonstrated ability in leading and initiating activities to improve service delivery and patient clinical outcomes
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Current NSW driver's licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to facilitate the implementation of nursing care to meet the National Safety & Quality Health Standards.
Demonstrated ability to identify the risks and management plans for complex and ageing patients.
