A Registered Nurse who has a minimum of 5 years full time post graduate experience. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification and substantial relevant experience to the speciality.

Proven advanced skills in clinical teaching, competency in the use of contemporary information systems and evidence of the ability to develop, implement, evaluate specialty education programs.

Evidence of experience with contributing to strategic and clinical service planning and the management of organisational and cultural change.

Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Health ACT and legislation, including the ability to provide advanced level of clinical advice and support to staff.

Advanced knowledge and experience in clinical supervision and the ability to provide the same.

Advanced level skill in contributing to multidisciplinary team care plans and evidence based interventions for consumers presenting with complex and severe psychological difficulties.
