Selection Criteria:

 

  1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia with demonstrated recent extensive post registration experience in a cancer setting or Clinical Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years hospital pharmacy experience post-registration, with post-graduate qualifications in a specialty field relevant to Cancer
  2. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of mediums.
  3. Ability to build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with senior clinicians, executives and service managers
  4. Demonstrated skills and experience in project management
  5. Ability to build organisational change-readiness through the possession of sound problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative
  6. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating education and training.
  7. Able to demonstrate computer literacy and a willingness to develop skills in information management and technology that are relevant to the cancer care setting.
