Selection Criteria:
  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience in a complex health environment.
  2. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with Executives, senior managers, internal and external stakeholders and provide comprehensive reports including ministerial briefing notes and other formal correspondence. 
  3. Demonstrated experience in high level analysis, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of complex issues, problem solving skills and understanding of evaluation techniques, including data use, research methodology and program evaluation
  4. Demonstrated excellent analytic and research skills, with an ability to exercise discretion in the use of sensitive information,analyse complex data and produce reports to identify and suggest business improvements, where needed
  5. Demonstrated high level computer skills, including related experience in clinical systems
  6. The ability to work as part of a team within a busy environment, with capacity to problem solve, organise and manage competing priorities, while meeting deadlines
  7. The ability to interpret, monitor and evaluate safety, quality and patient experience systems to assist the development and implementation of business plans and briefs.
