- Recognised degree in Social Work, eligibility for membership of the AASW or degree in Psychology and full registration as a Psychologist with APHRA; and current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated understanding of the impact of abuse and neglect on children and young people.
- Advanced skills in assessment, therapy, counselling and casework with children, young people and families.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team managing complex client groups.
- Demonstrated high quality written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with government and non-government agencies in relation to multi problem families.
- Understanding of the impact of domestic and family violence and the grooming process in child sexual assault on children and young people.
