- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Recognised degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the AASW, Full APHRA registration as a Psychologist with masters degree or higher in recognised clinical area or bachelors degree in Counselling; and current NSW Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated understanding of the impact of abuse and neglect on children and young people.
- Demonstrated post-graduation experience as a Health Professional Level 2 or Psychologist and advanced skills in assessment, therapy, counselling and casework with children, young people and families.
- Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary team managing complex client groups.
- Demonstrated high quality written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with government and non-government agencies in relation to multi problem families.
- Understanding of the impact of domestic and family violence and the grooming process in child sexual assault on children and young people.
