  1. Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levels.
  2. Demonstrated excellent reception, office management and client service skills.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple and diverse range of tasks, prioritise workloads and the capacity to work under broad minimal supervision as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
  4. Demonstrated experience in computerised client registration and scheduling databases and Medicare Billing.
  5. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite
  6. An understanding and knowledge of Aboriginal social, cultural and economic issues and cross cultural communication skills.
  7. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
