- Completion of one (1) or more years of study as an undergraduate nursing student and current enrolment in an undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing degree (year 2 or 3).
- Availability and capacity to participate in a 24 hour/ seven-day rotating roster which includes working all shifts, all days of the week including public holidays.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Consistently demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE values of our organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
- Ability to work independently, under delegation and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills including the ability to use a variety of Microsoft Office, email applications and health related software applications.
