Selection Criteria to be addressed: 

  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  2. Professional phone manner and strong organisational skills
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in office management procedures and experience in a range of clerical duties
  4. Demonstrated experience in collecting and collating information for reports and other documentation
  5. Ability to manage a number of tasks with competing deadlines
  6. Demonstrated creative approach to problem solving
  7. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  8. Proficient in LHD programs including Microsoft Office suite, HPRM, iProcurement/Oracle
