Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in an appropriate discipline or demonstrated experience in career development, educational engagement, health promotion, public health, disability employment or youth work.
- Extensive knowledge of issues that impact young people when accessing educational and/or employment opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic partnership development and demonstrated understanding of education systems and processes.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the education services sector, school-link, TAFE, University, traineeship and apprenticeship providers and other state and federal education establishments.
- Willingness to learn relevant administrative procedures, including software applications and filing systems.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel as required.
