Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated relevant experience with a minimum of three (3) years full-time equivalent post registration experience
- Demonstrated relevant post graduate qualifications in wound management and/or other qualifications and/or experience deemed appropriate by the employer
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in case management, including care co-ordination using advanced clinical skills in patient/client assessment and care planning
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in the provision and development of clinical practice through the use of evidence based practice
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and their families and a diverse range of health care providers
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, quality of care and team cohesion
- Demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
