Workspace Support Senior Technical Officer Health ICT

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in a large organisation.
2. Demonstrated experience in supporting hardware and software lifecycle management, mobile device management, print management, administration of cloud services and VIP services.
3. Actively demonstrates a client focused approach in all activities and takes ownership to resolve client requests. Identifies and analyses client needs and assists in the provision of appropriate solutions.
4. Proactively prioritises and manages own workload (and time) and assists other team members where and when required. Takes initiative to provide feedback on improving existing services and processes.
5. Experience drafting and testing technical documentation and FAQs for both technical staff and clients.
6. Proven experience in the understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, risk management, application configuration management and service level management.
7. Demonstrated Analytical and problem-solving skills including, the ability to provide advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation.
8. Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to consult, influence and negotiate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
