Selection Criteria
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage and coordinate a wide range of workforce strategies and services to support relevant leadership teams to achieve their objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with a multidisciplinary team in large complex organisation.
  • Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Experience in quality management practices as they relate to the workforce function.
  • Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
