To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
  1. Relevant qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Human Resources, Business Management and/or Statistics
  2. Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and clerical support.
  3. High level computer literacy including experience with relevant HR technologies including, Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment Systems, Learning Management Systems and Microsoft applications
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation in a variety of formats and situations including written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prepare, and critically review, all written documents including correspondence, minutes, briefs and reports.
  5. Demonstrated ability to design and maintain databases and integrity of data.
  6. Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and report writing with attention to detail regarding human resource key performance indicators
  7. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills that lead to the development of innovative solutions to workplace issues
  8. Ability to work as part of a team and independently with limited direction as to work priorities with demonstrated experience managing and meeting deadlines
