  1. Qualifications in Human Resources/ Workforce and/or extensive experience in workforce planning in an operational environment, inclusive of a strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing, coordinating rosters and workforce deployment within establishment and budget.
  2. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information inclusive of forecasting and scheduling workforce requirements, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of patient flow principles, patient transport functions and booking and scheduling operations
  5. Demonstrated understanding of Award provisions and requirements with an ability to interpret into an operational context.
  6. Proven effectiveness coaching and advising staff and managers whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture
  7. Proven capacity to develop, implement and promote workforce planning initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, and improve performance.
