To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible

 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience working in a work health and safety role.
  2. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS systems, policies, procedures and programs towards achievement of positive health and Well-being outcomes
  3. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating WHS training programs
  4. Demonstrated experience in use of incident and claims data system to develop WHS risk reduction strategies
  5. Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in a large work environment
  6. Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills
  7. Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities
  8. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
