- Relevant tertiary qualifications and or demonstrated work experience in Work Health and Safety advisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in building manager capability to increase their WHS skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of WHS solutions that improve WHS outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management, staff and other key stakeholders with a strong customer service approach.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills including report writing skills, influence and negotiation skills
- Current NSW drivers’ licence and the ability to undertake some rural travel
