Women's Health Coordinator- Clinical and Community Programs

- Must be female with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a health related discipline with service delivery and health management experience – Being female is a genuine occupational qualification for this position as described under Section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977 (NSW).
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing services, resources and workforce in a health delivery context.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary health service delivery challenges and solutions, especially in relation to community based and rural and remote health services.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, the ability to establish effective external stakeholders and the ability to respond effectively to team and interpersonal culture matters.
- Good information and communication technology skills, in the use of standard software packages for purposes including email communication: internet searches; basic data entry, manipulation, analysis and reporting; work processing; document preparation and compliance with applicable client records and administration requirements.
- Problem solving ability, including the ability to seek and analyse relevant information and make and implement decisions which effectively address the matter.
- Good organisational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise competing demands and delegate responsibilities as appropriate.
