Whole of Hospital Project Officer - Grafton

1. Relevant tertiary health qualification and or relevant experience.

2. Demonstrated track record in achieving results working at a senior management or clinical leadership role in a complex health organisation.

3. Project Management and/or clinical redesign experience.

4. Extensive knowledge of health care systems and sound understanding of contemporary issues within health facilities in relation to access management policies and best practice.

5. Demonstrated capacity and willingness to engage and consult with relevant stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

7. Proven ability to analyse clinical work flows and data to inform service improvement.

8. Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
