  1. Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative services.
  2. Sound interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes and proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
  4. Ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures, legislation and processes to achieve workflow outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated competency in computer use and relevant software programs (eg Word, Excel, Outlook).
