Technology Team Lead
- Tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science, or other relevant qualifications
- Extensive experience managing a complex technology environment and leading technology teams
- Demonstrated technology expertise in server management, desktop fleet management, technology procurement and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to balance complex and multiple issues whilst maintaining quality around core project work as well as a proven ability to manage project scope, monitor project progress, identify and manage project risk and provide advice at senior level with the ability to develop, monitor and achieve predicted project outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong strategic, organisational and planning, analytical and problem solving ability and skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both in a team and individually with effective interpersonal skills, sound verbal and written communication including the ability to produce reports when required and ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders (including ICT and Health professionals) providing high quality customer focused services.
