To be successful in this position, you will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
1. Relevant qualification in Information Technology or related discipline and/or strong experience underpinned by experience in Research (Governance) Office or as an Executive Officer with a Research Unit
2. High level demonstrated experience and effective skills in project life cycle approaches phases and tools skills and the preparation of system requirements, and managing delivery and implementation of system enhancements
3. Substantial experience in systems development, product development/implementation, deployment planning and operational readiness.
4. Capacity and willingness, including current NSW driver's licence, to travel to eHealth NSW business and service locations throughout NSW
5. Technical skills and experience in the areas of system design, technical troubleshooting, solution development, release management, and provision of technical configuration and support
6. Substantial knowledge, skills and experience in system configuration and developing/customising reporting solutions
7. Proven experience in development of operational standards and process within diverse organisations with reference to federated organisation structures including skills in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions
8. Proven ability to facilitate, manage and participate in stakeholder forums to generate high levels of engagement at all levels, and foster positive attitudes towards impending changes
