- Demonstrated experience in providing high level senior executive support in a busy work environment with heavy workload.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, include confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Well developed customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, through leadership and team building skills.
- Demonstrated skills with advanced knowledge in relation to pay enquiries for relevant staff, staff leave management, rostering of administration staff to meet the needs of the department.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work under minimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated experience producing high executive level reports and policies for submission as well as experience in writing reports at senior executive level.
