Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated advanced skills and knowledge in triage, assessment, counselling, providing therapeutic interventions and transfer of care planning for drug and alcohol clients.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the harm reduction approach to drug and alcohol issues and demonstrated experience in the provision of interventions with drug dependent clients.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision to staff and or students.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multidisciplinary team providing complex psychosocial interventions.
- High level communication skills including the ability to prepare statistical and technical reports.
- Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement initiatives.
