Essential Criteria:
Senior Psychologist - Four year degree in psychology, being a three year degree with a fourth year honours in psychology; or a qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Additionally applicant will have completed a minimum of one year at the 9th year of service as a Psychologist; Current registration with AHPRA
Occupational Therapist - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy; Current registration with AHPRA
Social Worker - Tertiary qualifications in Social Work; Eligible for membership of AASW
Occupational Therapist - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy; Current registration with AHPRA
Social Worker - Tertiary qualifications in Social Work; Eligible for membership of AASW

Selection Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in any of the following: occupational therapy, social work and, psychology.
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership of a complex clinical team, including staff and contractors.
- Proven ability to initiate and plan change to drive quality outcomes in multidisciplinary environments.
- Clinical experience working in mental health settings and working with clinicians and managers within large complex diverse environments.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge, understanding and commitment to patient safety, cultural safety and quality management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering professional development and clinical supervision programs.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and liaison skills, including the ability to handle issues in a sensitive pro-active manner.
- Demonstrated human resource management skills and notable experience in building rapport and establishing trust.
