Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated experience in Work Health and Safety.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing WHS policies, procedures and programs towards achievement of positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating WHS training programs.
- Demonstrated experience in use of incident and claims data systems to develop WHS risk reduction strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in a large work environment.
- Demonstrated high level negotiation, mediation skills and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects in a high volume work area while managing competing priorities.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
