Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Tertiary qualification in a health related discipline or significant experience in project management preferably in a health environment
- Working knowledge and /or experience using Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) and/or clinical redesign methodology within the health care setting
- Demonstrated experience in managing organisational change and project management, and the implementation of projects, frameworks and/or initiatives
- High level communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage/collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
- Competent with word processing, spreadsheet and project scheduling computer applications with a demonstrated capacity to establish and manage documentation and associated processes related to project administration including use of Microsoft applications, HPRM and other enterprise applications eg: Oracle, EMR
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage communications and information using initiative and adaptability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team within a complex organisation influencing others to move towards a common vision or goal
- Current drivers licence and willingness to travel to other locations as required
