Selection Criteria

1. Experience within healthcare environments and a level of understanding of how and why users interact with the electronic medical record
2. Demonstrated experience in providing support to clinical and administrative stakeholders
3. Proven ability to provide high level customer service to ensure that stakeholder needs are addressed in a timely manner
4. Analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with the ability to establish priorities effectively
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in engaging clinicians and other key stakeholders
6. Demonstrated initiative and commitment to providing quality services and quality improvement initiatives
7. Proven ability to be self-motivated and work in a team environment to foster collaboration of ideas to support the applications
8. Strong computer skills including experience with common applications and/or the electronic medical record suite of applications
