- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Relevant post-graduate qualification in management or working towards same or extensive post-graduate experience in the management of and leadership in mental health clinical service delivery and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Previous successful management of service development change and quality processes.
- Previous successful management of financial resources.
- Proven commitment to the principles and practices of consumer collaboration and working in a Multidisciplinary Teams that promote a recovery framework.
- Advanced written, presentation and computer skills within Microsoft Office and health related software programs.
- Current NSW Driver's licence.
