  2. Accredited Sterilising Technology Certificate or equivalent experience.
  3. Comprehensive, up to date knowledge of sterilising technology processes, standards and statutory requirements.
  4. Significant experience in operational management of sterilising services in an acute care setting.
  5. Competence in financial management to demonstrate service provision is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
  6. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, Human Resource management applications and computerised rostering systems.
  7. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional team building expertise, liaison and negotiation skills.
  8. Evidence of strong and empowering leadership skills, motivation and advocacy.
