- Completion of a Certificate III in Sterilisation Services at TAFE, or equivalent.
- Physically capable of carrying out all duties.
- Ability to follow directions from line management and senior staff and work independently under general supervision.
- Ability to relate well to others and work effectively as a member of a team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply a problem solving approach to work tasks.
