Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications: Sterilising Services Certificate 3.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated ability to work in busy environment with changing priorities and work demands and repetition in workload.
- Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
- Knowledge and understanding of Infection Control standards, WHS legislation and manual handling techniques to maintain safety to self and others within the workplace.
- Attainment of Sterilization Services Certificate 111 with previous experience working in Endoscopy or sterilizing unit.
