Selection Criteria:
  1. Ability to use computer software applications and electronic patient administration systems (e.g. eMR, iPM (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office programs.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while promoting positive workplace culture.
  3. Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks under general instruction requiring minimal supervision.
  6. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  7. Demonstrated and proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  8. Flexible and Reliable - able to work a range of shifts when required.
