- Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Extensive post graduate clinical experience with advanced clinical skills in adult and paediatric feeding clinical areas.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of speech pathology services.
- Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of computer literacy.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating service delivery incorporating quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence based practice, with experience incorporating evidence based practice into service evaluation or redesign.
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff, including leading staff services, managing staff conflict, and overseeing team performance.
- Current unrestricted drivers licence (minimum P2) and willingness to travel for work purposes.
