To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
  1. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
  2. Extensive post graduate clinical experience demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and skills in dysphagia and communication management, including instrumental assessment, in the acute and rehabilitation areas of neurology/stroke.
  3. Extensive experience in supervising students and demonstrated skills in working as part of a team.
  4. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy and time management.
  6. Demonstrated experience in providing consultation and education to colleagues and external parties that adheres to EBP principles.
  7. Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment.
