- Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or ability to provide evidence such as a letter from University confirming attainment of degree), with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and set priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing adult clients with acquired swallowing and communication disorders in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement.
- Current unrestricted drivers licence (P2 minimum) and willingness to travel for work purposes.
