SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of computer literacy.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and set priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a paediatric multidisciplinary team.
- Recent and relevant experience working with children from birth to 16 years of age with communication and feeding disorders.
- Recent and relevant experience in the assessment and management of paediatric clients in an outpatient/ community health setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of the quality improvement process.
- Current unrestricted drivers licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.
