- ASAR accredited Medical Sonographer with a post graduate degree in Sonography or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent or hold either a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science in Diagnostic Radiography or a Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation Science, current AHPRA registration and EPA Licence and an appropriate recognised and relevant postgraduate diploma.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional manner and a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team within constraints of timeframes, whilst maintaining a high quality service.
- Willingness to participate in Quality Improvement, Service development and evaluation activities as required.
- Practical experience and competency in high quality Obstetric and Gynaecology ultrasound.
- Demonstrated ability to support women and families though clinical situations when abnormalities and deviations from normal clinical pathways occur.
