To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. A Social Work degree which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  2. Experience providing therapeutic counselling to vulnerable women and psycho-social knowledge in pregnancy and peri-natal loss
  3. Demonstrated ability to respond to domestic and family violence in a range of cultural and social contexts. Demonstrated experience in a health related field and ability to provide a range of Social Work interventions
  4. Demonstrated experience prioritising work and managing stressful situations
  5. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  6. Demonstrated high level communication skills (written and verbal) and computer skills
  7. Evidence of commitment to clinical supervision and professional learning
  8. Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to quality processes, and the application of evidenced based practice within social work
