- Tertiary Degree in Social Work providing eligibility for membership of AASW.
- Advanced skills in Social Work practice including clinical excellence, service development and mentorship of other Social Workers.
- Demonstrated excellence in psycho-social assessments, planning and intervention, and promoting the needs of clients, families and carers.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in working with clients and their families in specialist areas, often within therapeutic and counselling modalities.
- Demonstrated excellence in facilitating complex family meetings, case management and groupwork.
- Commitment to and excellence in working within a multi-disciplinary team context, including provision of educational in-service to other health professionals.
